Great genuine agent who works hard for you

We used a bit of AI to select our agent, we wanted someone with experience, who understood our neighbourhood and local market, and understood our unque property. Glen fitted the bill perfectly. He lives locally, knew the area well and had an excellent understanding of the unique property and what we needed to do as a team to sell the property. He is easy to deal with, sensitive to your situation and is very genuine and honest. He quickly designed an effective marketing programme, arranged everything and got things moving quickly. Communication was clear and exactly as you needed it, if there was interest he would say so, but also was honest if there wasn't. After each open home he followed up and worked hard to keep the interest going. We end up with multiple offers because of his hard work. I honestly believe he couldnt have done more to sell the property and this was reflected with the sale and the excellent result in both price and timeframes.
