They responded to phone messages and texts in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable about the property which gave me reassurance and trust. It was a stressful time for me with having an offer accepted subject to selling which took me 6 weeks. One aspect which helped the stress was Tom and Harriet's calming manners and positiveness.
