Tom and his team were quick on the uptake, great communicators and jumped right into our wild ride. Tom and Harriet were both always very professional, respectful and nice. They demonstrated good knowledge of the market and had a proven and fine tuned plan of how to sell our property. My only feedback would be to have more specific updates after each of the open homes as I had to ask for that. I had more specific questions that were in addition to their written report that was provided.
