Liv and Tim have been helping me on the hunt for a new home for the last 12 months and have been remarkable in every way. Once they had a clear idea of what I was looking for, they would give me good feedback on the properties that were coming on the market, indicating when they thought a property might fit what I was looking for. They were great communicators, very professional at all times. They would come back to me promptly if I had tried to make contact. I don’t know how they achieved this but I always felt that they were working for the vendor and purchaser at the same time. They were also very accommodating when I had requests about entry to properties etc. I can’t recommend these two enough.

From the first meeting with Liv and Tim - they have been so awesome to deal with. Good clear communication - always available to answer questions or help to navigate the process. Wonderful with all the people who were looking at the house. Had to navigate some tricky things and they were there 100% to support us.
