Community Minded - Excellent

Trident High School runs a building programme - ATT (Allied Trades Training) which we renovate a house. This is the second year we have been running this programme. Sharnika approached the school as she was aware of the programme through media publications. Both myself and the principal - Mikaere October were pretty blown away by her offer of advertising the house for sale via The Northern Group, One Roof and Trade Me all free of charge! The amazing team from The Northern Group team visited and professional photos were taken. These were shared online where we had amazing numbers visit the sites. During this time Sharnika kept us informed about any potential buyers with great communication all the way along our journey, she was very professional and friendly to deal with. As the ATT programme is a school run project we really appreciated all the time and effort that Sharnika put in, we would like to acknowledge her community spirit as all her services were free of charge. I would highly recommend Sharnika and The Northern Group Real Estate, they are community minded and care about their clients. Sharnika sold the house to a local couple so we are pleased the ATT House is staying in Whakatane.
