Where do we start, we have so many wonderful things to say about Beth Dawson, she is a wonderful awesome Agent from The Northern Group. We took to Beth almost immediately, she is such a lovely person. We felt like we had known her all our lives. She is down to earth, honest, reliable, funny & very caring. It was daunting for us but Beth made the whole experience of selling less scary than it was. She helped us understand everything about the process & what we could expect.  She explained everything we did not understand, this was our first time of selling a home we had been in for 27 years. She certainly made the process a lot easier. We had reports from her after every open home plus calls & messages along the way. She is a true professional, has plenty of knowledge, but what came through the most was how caring she is.  We trusted her 100% to do the best job for us & we never doubted her for a second or questioned anything she did or suggested.   We would highly recommend Beth to anyone wanting to sell their home or buy one.
