Debbie guided us at every step and even handled difficult purchasers from her hospital bed!

Debbie has her ear to the ground and knows the local housing market inside out. Her advice was always sound and she conveyed it well. She was always easy to make contact with and when we found parts of the process stressful she managed to calm us. Negotiating a final price was relatively easy compared with other sales we been through. We appreciated the regular updates on viewings and interest in our property. Real estate is clearly in her blood and her enthusiasm showed through every time she showed prospective buyers around. She was very good at following up with prospective buyers and letting us know their thoughts - good and bad. Finally, I learned from Debbie that I have been making my bed all wrong for the last 40 years! If she ever leaves the real estate business she would make a very good interior designer.
