A total professional with a caring attitude and love for Dunedin!

Shane was the agent for a house that we purchased. He was doing the best for the seller but was always open and honest with his communications with us. Our first interaction with The Robinsons was an open home that Kendra was hosting. What an incredible young person she is. Very professional and friendly with a sound knowledge base. She got us over the line in our first viewing! Shane kept regular communication with us before we put an offer in and was very clear in his negotiations and expectations leading up to signing the deal. But is was post deal that Shane showed is true professionalism. He kept us updated on progress and was friendly and helpful with any issues that we had. He met us on site a couple of times and nothing ever seemed to be an issue for him. I would completely recommend Shane and the Robinsons. They are locals, are professional and they care.
