We recently engaged with The Cleave's to sell our family home, and can absolutely attest to the highest level of professionalism and outcome for the successful sale of our property. We considered multiple agents, including ‘local’ agents however The Cleave’s were by far the most professional throughout the entire process and delivered results that aligned with their initial appraisal. Throughout the sale process, communication was clear, open homes very well run leaving us with the highest of impressions of The Cleave’s. We would only consider their services in future should we look to list again.
