We were always notified well ahead for people wanting to come to view our house. Clare obviously worked hard with the buyers who had additional queries and she often contacted us for more information to pass on to them. The complete sale process was made very easy by Clare and the team with regular communication and advice. Being regularly kept up to date with the progress of open homes and interested buyers was great as not being able to leave Auckland due to Lockdown restrictions could have caused some stress but Clare and the team were very informative on the journey.
