We were the remotely located, executors of a deceased estate, selling an unloved home. Shannon has arranged for the removal of significant amounts of rubbish left by the previous tenant; the tidying up of the overgrown section; organising the removal of a stolen motor vehicle that was dumped on the section; repair of a number of windows broken while the house was unoccupied; and was then confronted with a horse that had been tethered on the section. In addition to this, she has sold the house for us. Shannon provided a realistic valuation of the property and recommended a sales plan that worked well for us. She kept us well informed of progress throughout the preparation for sale and the sales processes, and responded quickly to questions we had for her. Overall, she was very professional in her approach, and a great to work with.
