6 days from getting in touch with Karyn from the agency to property being under contract

Am living in Australia and made the decision to sell my property here in Gisborne. With tickets booked I figured it was going to be a working holiday, doing some maintenance and cleaning up the house ready to go to market, so how it actually panned out exceeded all my expectations for the trip. My father actually suggested Karyn to me as he had dealt with Karyn previously, I was a bit hesitant as I didn't think I was ready to talk to a real estate agent just yet and was kinda dreading the whole daunting process of selling a house but decided to pick up the phone and had an appointment with Karyn the following day. This is when things just seemed to go into streamline mode. Karyn was friendly, organised ,well informed and bought a really positive approach to the table which gave me a bit more faith in the whole process. The next day it was being marketed and put out there for potential buyers. The following few days there was a sign installed out front and constant flow of private showings that Karyn and the agency team had lined up using there resources and marketing skills. I was informed daily by Karyn about the progress and kept in the loop of any changes or potential offers. On that Friday I found myself in the agency office , offer on the table, having a beer 👍 and house now under contract. I am happy to say back in Oz , house sold, drama free ,job done all thanks to Karyn and her efficiency, energy and effort. Thanx karyn
