Purchasing our first home.

We mostly dealt with Shannon and she was amazing. As first-home buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and easy to deal with she was. As soon as we heard about the property, she organised a private viewing for us straight away, which we were so grateful for. She genuinely made us feel like she was rooting for us and wanted us to be the ones to get the house, which meant so much and made the whole experience really special. We viewed the house again at the open home, and both Shannon and Karyn were great throughout the process. Communication was clear, nothing ever felt rushed, and they made buying our first home feel a lot less stressful. We were also very kindly gifted a house warming present on settlement day when we picked up the keys, which was such a lovely and generous touch. We couldn’t recommend Shannon and Karyn at the Agency enough — especially for first-home buyers.
