Duncan was super helpful in getting us a lovely home in Wellington. Not only was he realistic about various houses price points, he was regularly able to get me last-minute viewings of places (like if I wanted to see how weather tight a house was while it was raining). He was very easy to communicate with, has a great knowledge of the city, and will always respond promptly.
