From the get go Ferg explained his selling style and commitment to the sale of our home. Totally professional, always available, worked tirelessly, never a grumpy word and kind beyond measure. We had a 3 week campaign during which we held 3 open homes a week. He had contacts with previous clients for whom he was also helping to find appropriate properties to buy and bought many people through the property through his advertising. His reporting to us was fabulous and easy to understand and his communication (mostly direct but occasionally through his staff) was always timely. From the first phone call to Ferg, he was absolutely amazing. At our first meeting, he spent a lot of time making sure I understood the whole process of selling my house and made me feel that he would actually be working for me to get the best outcome possible. I have sold two houses before, and neither time did the agents make me feel this way.
