Good negotiation skills

Experience has both positives and negatives. Highlighting the positives, Gavin is very good with Negotiation, very responsive. He was very supportive through out the process considering I was going through this selling process alone. He often provided honest advice. The property was presented immaculately and Gavin paid extra attention in that area. There were pretty stormy weekends, he was always there for open homes no matter what the weather was. The entire experience could have been better but the market was not in our favour. Team Roberts tried their best!
