Gavin responded promptly to my request for appraisal, then gave me excellent advice regarding the preparation, marketing and sale of my property. He and Debbie were both very professional in all ways which made the process clear. He communicated constantly, was always optimistic and at all times I felt well informed and 'in good hands'. He seemed to read the level of interest accurately, was friendly and pleasant with all neighbourly interactions.
