We met Gavin and Michelle at an open home. They were warm and welcoming; professional yet casual. We felt very comfortable with them, so much so that we asked for their help in finding us a new home. They introduced us to Sam; he listened, he looked and he presented 'real' options. It took us almost a year to find the right house, and in that time, not once did Sam make us feel bad for turning down the homes he presented to us. Over that time, he got to know us well, and when he found 'the one' he didn't invite us to look at it; rather he told us it was a must-see, and he was right; we purchased it the day after we viewed it!
