My property had been in my familly for 45yrs. First my parents... and then me for the last 10yrs, so i needed someone with not only sound real estate knowledge but also someone who would fully understand what this place has meant to my family over those years. Having first met Wayne in high school, he has known me and my family for all of those 45yrs, so for me it was a no brainer. He and Nicki made the whole process easy to understand, had answers for all my questions ( of which there were quite a few) with plenty of information and updates thoughout... culminating in a result at auction that not not only Im happy with... but im sure my parents would have been too Team Robb comes highly recomended by me
