Communication and Professionalism was a good Experience to get this sale over the line.

Over-promised and under-delivered. I had one property; she massively pumped it up, then crunched it down. I get it, the house was in poor condition. The real kicker was that I said I had another property to sell, and they got an off-market investor to approach them. The kicker was they just asked how low I would drop on a new build, and I said just your estimate. I am planning to list that property, but they have never followed up on it. Instead, they just took the easy money and ran, and I won't be using them on that property.

We recently dealt with Nicki for a purchase of an investment property. Through previous conversations Nicki knew our situation, that we have a passion for property and renovating, so when she had signed up a new listing that was about to go live she called me as she thought it would be suitable for us to either flip or add to our investment portfolio. She happily met me at the property that day, and again the following day for a builder to look through. It was a popular property and we were successful in the multi offer.
