Not only that also explained the process in regional language to my brother for better understanding. Punish listened to us and followed through all our requests straight away with the vendor on time so 5 star to his negotiation skills. Whether it was answering our questions late at night or coordinating inspections and paperwork, they handled everything seamlessly. As a first Home buyer buying can be stressful, but working with Punish and Anna made the process smooth and even enjoyable. We felt supported and well-informed the entire time.
