We have been lucky enough to work with Team Pringle in the past (both selling and buying) and very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Jack and the team this time as we sold a house in Oxford. Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process simple and efficient for us. I have absolute trust and confidence in the Pringles and will work with them again for sure.

We dealt mostly with Jack and couldn't rate him higher! He was super supportive throughout the process. We went to auction for the first time and felt fully informed and extra supported on the day by both Jack and George. They made selling our lifestyle block seamless.

George was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the sale of this home. George consistently went out of his way to ensure he delivered the best result possible when selling this home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with George and Team Pringle!

We had a townhouse to sell in Christchurch. Jack and George explained the process thoroughly at the start. It took a little longer to sell than expected which was an indicative of the market at the time, but all the way through the process we were kept well informed of the number of people attending the open homes, and when we had an offer, which we accepted, the offer went through smoothly. We were in Tasmania at the time which added a bit of stress for us but Team Pringle were prompt, thorough and professional at all times. We felt we were in very good hands.

We engaged with Mark some years ago looking for our dream property. While we missed that, he stayed in touch and was always looking out for what we were seeking. He found it and we have been delighted with the communication and realtionship.

Excellent service from Mark and his team. Friendly professional and rises to the challenge in a difficult market. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Team Pringle. Mark, Jack, George & Jasmine, guided us through the process without an issue and got a good outcome. A ‘switched-on’ Team, highly professional, very organised, across the detail, great communication, always on time and reliable, gave us good advice from start to finish, shared and applied knowledge and experience and were focused on working with us. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Team Pringle again.

From start to finish, Jack and the team have done a great job and looked after us throughout the process. happy customers and most importantly team Pringle delivered the result we were looking for.

We can't speak highly enough of our recent experience dealing with Team Pringle and Jack in particular. He, and they, had excellent knowledge of the market, were professional in every respect, and communicated well with us at each stage. Jack was willing to come to our home at short notice when unexpected issues arose. He was understanding and sensitive to our specific needs and situation, and to the needs of potential purchasers too. He outlined the pluses and minuses of different options and, without any pressure, advised us on what he considered would achieve the best results for us. He was never pushy but always friendly, pleasant and constructive. The Team worked for the best deal for us in the whole process of marketing through to achieving a good sale at auction after only three weeks. Team Pringle produced exceptional promotional materials; the booklet of photos that was given to people who came to open homes was amazing, and every report or communication was outstandingly presented and illustrated. All in all, we are grateful for Jack and Team Pringle who made our marketing and sale much less stressful than we had anticipated.

Selling our first home was an emotional and challenging experience, especially with the tough market conditions. However, Jack and the team made all the difference in guiding us through this stressful process. He took the time to understand our needs and concerns, offering invaluable advice on how to navigate the sale. Despite the external challenges, Jack remained a steady force, managing difficult negotiations with tact and determination.
