Craig spent a lot of time with me explaining the different types of house sale and told me why he felt an auction was best for my property. His reasoning was sound and I felt completely safe in his experienced hands. He explained all the things a real estate agent must do by law and nothing was a problem. He recommended various services that I could use to prepare my house for sale, and those organisation's also exceeded my expectations. Craig didn't pass me off to someone else once I engaged his services and his communication was second to none. His team are super competent and friendly, just like him.
