We were pretty motivated buyers, we knew what we were after, and we had a bit of time pressure. Nick sensed all of this, without too much explanation. We love to keep things simple, and Nick was there to facilitate it, as well as take care of any auxiliary things we didn't necessarily wanted to get too much into. We are stoked with our new place. We lost Nick for a while when he switched agencies but picked him up again once we'd got a resource consent to make section more marketable. The best thing about Nick is he didn't dismiss our hard work in getting resource consent and cared what we thought and treated us with respect which is more than I can say for a couple of other agents. We bought our section through Nick. Covid-19 made the financing side of things particularly tricky. But Nick was fantastic - he was a very effective interface between the vendor and ourselves, making sure everyone knew what was happening and why things were moving so slow. I honestly think we would have lost the section had it not been for Nick's flawless communication and understanding. We were very happy with our dealings with Nick - he was very trustworthy and we are now talking to him about selling our current house!

Nick and his associate Mike Lovell have been a pleasure to deal with at every step along the way while selling our rather specialised section. Because of the nature of the property we were selling, it was by no means a quick sale. But they were tenacious and proactive and never afraid to change things up if we were idling. Nick had a great knowledge of the property in question, as he had a personal connection (it was owned by a family member). I felt he was honest and worked with integrity throughout the entire purchasing process and made it as easy as possible. I had no issues dealing with Nick and would have no qualms working with him again, or recommending him to other buyers or sellers.

Our property went on the market over the very difficult Christmas period but Nick had a sale early in the new year , great work Nick. Nick was willing to change strategies as circumstances also changed and exceeded our final price expectations.
