We lost Nick for a while when he switched agencies but picked him up again once we'd got a resource consent to make section more marketable. The best thing about Nick is he didn't dismiss our hard work in getting resource consent and cared what we thought and treated us with respect which is more than I can say for a couple of other agents. He ended up getting us a fair price and I'm so glad he was the one who was able to get the sale through, he deserves every bit of his commission on this one! Thanks Nick

We bought our section through Nick. Covid-19 made the financing side of things particularly tricky. But Nick was fantastic - he was a very effective interface between the vendor and ourselves, making sure everyone knew what was happening and why things were moving so slow. I honestly think we would have lost the section had it not been for Nick's flawless communication and understanding. We were very happy with our dealings with Nick - he was very trustworthy and we are now talking to him about selling our current house!
