I was very particular about choosing the right agent, after-all, you pay the same commission whether you get a daft agent or a brilliant one. Nicky and her team were amazing. Nicky had a good knowledge of the area the property was in and had a good understanding of what houses in that area sold for, while the home was not perfect it did not matter to Nicky. Nicky and her team marketed the property to its best potential. Nicky's communication with regard to open homes and interest in the property was on point, I could not fault her for her professionalism, the team she works with were excellent if I had a query there was always someone available to answer. After the open homes the follow up was within an hour of the open home which was great to get the feedback so quickly and work out if anything needed to be done.
