Nicky had a good knowledge of the area the property was in and had a good understanding of what houses in that area sold for, while the home was not perfect it did not matter to Nicky. After the open homes the follow up was within an hour of the open home which was great to get the feedback so quickly and work out if anything needed to be done. I had a leaky home in New Lynn which was getting to an age where major work was going to be needed soon.
