This was a new build sold prior to completion and Lisinda demonstrated an excellent understanding of the challenges that creates. Result was very happy vendor, very happy buyer- can’t do better than that! Lisinda ensured we only had to deal with genuine well qualified buyers which made our part in the process very easy making it an easy decision to list our next property with her.

Lisinda went above and beyond in her efforts to secure a good sale. Regular open homes, viewings and follow ups. Great local market knowledge backed up with excellent communications. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisinda.
