Working with Team Ledger was an amazing experience from start to finish. These guys know their stuff, and have such amazing industry knowledge, experience and professionalism I doubt there is anyone better in the country. The entire team work so well together, communicate wonderfully, and are just absolutely awesome people. Thank you so much for everything you do!! Highly highly recommended!
Scott and all the Team Ledger have been most helpful, keeping me informed as to progress all the way through the Open Homes and especially on Auction day, which was concluded most satisfactorily!
We have been the purchasers with Scott and Team Ledger over the last few years, it was always an easy and enjoyable experience! Scott sold us this property 2 years ago, we discussed our requirements for a property to renovate and he delivered a gem. Post renovation we rented the property for two years before putting it on the market. There was only ever one choice in our minds for agents, Scott and Team Ledger! Scott worked with us to tidy up the property and prepare for sale, giving great advice and lending an experienced eye for detail. Organizing amazing staging, multimedia marketing and personable, welcoming viewings. Everything about the process was well explained stress free. We felt very supported throughout the whole process and the result at auction was well above our highest expectations. We cannot reccomend using Scott and Team Ledger more highly, we will definitely be using them again and again!
As a first home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Team Ledger made the experience seamless and patiently answered all my questions. The team was proactive and helpful every step of the way. It helps they're a friednly bunch of people who really care about what they're doing.
Fast, professional service we received from the Ledger team. We could trust their advice and knowledge of the current market. We had tight timeline and the team was outstanding and worked hard to get the best result for us.
Team ledgers were selling my mothers house while we were tendering on another one of their listings. The balance we saw on both sides of buying and selling was fantastic! A well rounded family team that are up front and honest. My mother and I both celebrated that night due to their work. Well recommend. Thanks again!
I would like to thank you all for the unfailing courtesy you showed me. You were all pleasant, patient and polite. The process of selling my property was make very easy for me. It was helpful to have the timeline for the sale process. In the event, only one open home was held and you included me in the decision to cancel the other two planned open homes which were unnecessary due to the current market conditions. You also kept me well informed with regular updates and information before the sale went through. The outcome was the best I could have hoped for. Not only did the purchase price of my house exceed my expectations but the fact that a family (with children much the same age as ours were when we moved in to 5 Kukupa Grove fifty years ago) will hopefully enjoy our family home as much as we did has given me much pleasure. Throughout the sales process you made me feel valued as a property vendor. The koru you bought for me has pride of place at the front door of my new abode.
Where do I get my Team Ledger shirt!?... In all seriousness, the Harcourts "Team Ledger" did a fabulous job in selling our house. Professional, always in contact immediately whenever we needed them for all the many things they did to support us throughout the process. So helpful in every way, and everyone was so friendly also. Despite this being just the worst time possible to be selling & buying a house with end of year work pressures, and in of itself being stressful.. the team managed to make the process enjoyable, and most importantly... did a great job selling our house quickly and for a great result. Thank-you.
Scott was always happy to go the extra mile. Did not find him at all pushy and was a pleasure to deal with him. Just the right mix of personal service and professionalism. Would happily deal with Scott again.
I was so glad I picked Team Ledger to sell my property. Their manner and professionalism was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I felt at ease with their sound advice and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them!!!
Right from the start the team have been amazing once again. Tanya and Anne were at our house an hour before photos making kids beds, then setting up staging they had brought themselves just for the photos. Communication throughout the process was great, and viewings were as pain free as a family with young kids could ask for. When it came time for tenders, Mike and Scott did an honest and effective job of bringing us offers, which resulted in both us and the buyer feeling really satisfied with the outcome
Team Ledger looked after the sale of our clients deceased estate. They conducted themselves with professionalism and delivered a result above our expectations. Their marketing was second to none and created a lot of interest in the property. We'd recommend the team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Upper Hutt.
