This was my first home and the experience with Ledgers in general was great. I found that they seemed to do more work up front (house documents etc) compared to other property companies and the whole process of organising viewings, answering follow up questions all the way to signing documents and picking up the keys was very smooth. I don't have much experience to compare this to but for a first time buyer dealing with Ledgers was very stress free. Communications were prompt and profressional and I felt informed as to what was going on at all times. Their 'move in care package' was a nice surprise and made the move in process less stressful with a combination of very practical items and snacks that would be easy to forget on moving day. I would recommend Ledgers to any home buyers out there.

We chose Harcourts due to friendship with Ian ( who is wonderful). Unfortunately we cannot say the same for Upper Hutt Harcourts Mike Ledger. Poor communication, excessive commission initially proposed and felt that due to non acceptance bare minimum done on our behalf for sale. Under asking price achieved and disappointing result in this buoyant market. No photo of Sold on billboard or card or flowers to us as is the norm with most sales. No Harcourts agents from any Branch brought anyone around. Very disappointed 😔 and not in line with what was expected.

The value of the team approach came to the fore, with each member contributing their strengths and expertise to get the result we wanted. Would recommend Team Ledger to any prospective vendors!

As consumers we’re not easily impressed, but Scott and Team Ledger were able to impress us with their service and doing what they said they could achieve: that was to bring us an acceptable cash offer within a week of listing.
