The up to date knowledge of the very changing market was excellent as well as the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I fully understood the changing market and what was real value for money. The help of the entire team throughout the lengthy process was friendly, helpful and enjoyable.
In a difficult market, Team Ledger hasn't just sold our home. They have also been there when we needed advice and re-assurance. Definitely recommend!
Scott and the rest of his team are awesome agents to deal with. Your property is their main interest. They pull out all the stops. From tweaking the staging to vacuuming the floors! Couldn't ask for better agents
The team helped us with a reasonably quick sale in this very slow market. Mike and the team were accessible all the time, great communication, helpful market advice. We were sure the team will do their best to help us sell our property.
Dealing with Mike selling our property was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and constantly kept us updated about the market and the interest. Would definitely recommend him
Team Ledger really went the extra mile for us. They were accommodating to our needs and flexible when private viewings were requested. They made selling in an unstable market a much more enjoyable experience. We're we to sell again we would not hesitate to use Team Ledger to get the job done. Thanks team.
Team Ledger were awesome. Always professional and great communication throughout the entire process. They got us sold in a challenging market.
From the moment you sign up, the Fun Ride begins........ Photo day is like being on a Movie set, you have Tania & Anne preparing and organising your home ready for Photos (such a good idea), then be prepared for Lights, Camera & Action. You'll get Emails, Weekly Reports & they also stay in contact via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp worked really well for us & you have that contact straight away. No waiting for returning phone calls. The Ledger Team is a professional Team that all work well together & go that extra mile for you. They will sell your House if nobody else does. Thank you Team Ledger for being a part of our Ride/Journey.
Scott and the team at Harcourts Team Ledger won us over when we witnessed how hard they work for their clients first-hand - on one of their properties we missed out on! Although we weren't the successful buyers, we were blown away by how hard they worked to ensure their vendors got the best price and terms possible. When we decided to list our home a short time later, there wasn't a question in our mind as to the agents we would choose. Team Ledger worked hard for us and were very forgiving of our numerous questions. They ensured a seamless process from beginning to end, and with the downturn in the property market, still managed to secure us a sale price that ensured the purchase of our new home. You also get to 'know' agents as you attend many, many open homes. Some discount you as soon as they see you, while others are more engaging and don't judge a book by its cover. Team Ledger fits into the latter category. A big thanks to Team Ledger!
Scott and his team were fantastic, we were warmly welcomed by Chey who was very happy to answer all my questions I was throwing at her. We soon decided to make an offer knowing that we had to sell our house first, Scott and his team made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and didn't put any pressure on us as purchasers which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Scott and his team and I will definitely be happy to deal with them if we sell our house.
Scott and the team really made the process easy and enjoyable. Our questions and requests were handled with a high level of professionalism. We're we ever to buy or sell again, we would happily engage the services of Scott again.
After wasting 3 months and suffering enormous stress with an agent who refused to admit the falling market.... ENTER TEAM LEDGER!!! This group of professionals were outstanding and upfront from the start. We were disappointed that our house price had fallen but knew that this was the reality of the current market. Team Ledgers Advertising is second to none and Scotts Video taking buyers through the home online was simply amazing. The Team worked tirelessly from start to finish and we really appreciated the very important communication. After 3 weeks we had an offer and backup offer in place. By the time the house sold we'd had 5 offers on the table. Well done and thank you to all at Team Ledger...Mike, Tania, Ann, Scott and Josh. We are so happy to be able to move on with our next adventure.
