I really like the Team approach which helps in so many ways, from the WhatsApp group, making communication easy and quick, to having coverage for all the open homes every week, to having different skills from each of them, from building and handyman fix ups to producing a great marketing video. The Team know their market so well and give very good advice on how to respond to what we are seeing and present options to consider. It's been a challenging time in the market over the last few months but I know I've got the best possible outcome with Team Ledger. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience with Scott and Team Harcourts was superb. We’d already been to plenty of open homes so already knew that their follow up was great.
