I really like the Team approach which helps in so many ways, from the WhatsApp group, making communication easy and quick, to having coverage for all the open homes every week, to having different skills from each of them, from building and handyman fix ups to producing a great marketing video. The Team know their market so well and give very good advice on how to respond to what we are seeing and present options to consider.
