We have used Mike and Tania Ledger quite a few times over the years and have always been happy with the service we have received and the dedication to helping to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. Very reliable and organized! They always go out of their way to help and support. They have extended the team and we rate all of them, we have had feedback when we supposed to, and they always respond to every question asked. We loved the walk through with Scott Ledge, he certainly does a great job! Everyone's expected price for their property is way below what is expected due to the current market unfortunately, not a reflection on Team Ledger.

Josh and the wider Ledger Team have been incredibly supportive and kind in helping me buy my first home; including a lot of patience with my never ending questions! Highly recommended!

Scott and the team were so easy to work with. They provided solutions like staging and property preparation help. Communication around open home and viewing times was always respectful and clear.

We knew Scott would be our agent of choice when the time came to sell our house, we’ve been in & out of his inbox and open homes for a couple of years now. As indecisive, on the fence vendors, Scott seamlessly took us on the journey to move on from our much loved but outgrown home. Team Ledger’s knowledge, experience and honesty felt like a trusted pair of hands and our expectations were exceeded at every turn. When the pressure was on Team Ledger delivered – not only selling our house but securing our new home, all on the same day.

Scott and the lovely Chae were great, very helpful and can answer all the questions I had. For a first time buyers, Chae has been not only an agent but someone who cares deeply. Thank you very much Verified by RateMyAgent

We had the pleasure of working with Mike to purchase our first home. It was a very quick and pain free process. Mike put us onto the right people to help us be in a position to make an offer before the tender deadline (3 day turn around) and we are so grateful for this. Professional, friendly, patient. Thanks Mike & Team Ledger.

The Ledger team sold my house faster than I expected in a tough market. They had realistic pricing strategies, ran open homes every single weekend, and really put in effort to communicate what was going one all the way through. Would recommend.

Team Ledger were very professional in their dealing with us, always providing updates re open homes, stats etc. Once they had secured an offer it didn't stop there, they worked very hard to get it unconditional, and constantly kept us up to date with progress, and helped us get the best outcome. I would highly recommend them, they are a well oiled team.

Great updates provided despite the crazy market, really high level of communication. Great marketing and helped me navigate a number of challenges through the process. Love your work!

We had a great experience with team Ledger. Very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I cannot recommend Team Ledger highly enough. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to sell your current property, look no further than Team Ledger. They are true professionals who will go above and beyond to help you achieve your real estate goals.

Team ledger made the entire house sale process so easy! From staging the property to guiding us through the tender process and keeping us informed every step of the way. Thank you so much.

Great experience due to an outstanding level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Scott and his team, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Job well done!
