An unbelievable amount of knowledge, time and assistance from Mike and Team Ledger got my house sold. I was recovering from major surgery, my husband had to go to full time dementia care in another city and I had to sell to follow him. We had no family in Wellington to help us. The task was enormous and the descending market meant I was not prepared for selling quickly. Mike swung into action with help and information to speed up my lead-in time to the market. Over the years we have sold a dozen properties around the country and Mike has to be the most knowledgeable agent I've met. This is the second home he's sold for us. It was a no brainer going with Team Ledger.. their team approach meant that a lot of the onsite leg work involved in selling my parents house was taken care of. - Room staging.. no problem - Builders report.. no problem - Garden landscaper required to touch up the garden.. no problem - Engaging an engineer.. no problem - Last minute electrician... no problem Really great and thorough weekly reports, coupled with a Saturday/Sunday open home approach which served us well.
