It was a no brainer going with Team Ledger.. their team approach meant that a lot of the onsite leg work involved in selling my parents house was taken care of. - Room staging.. no problem - Builders report.. no problem - Garden landscaper required to touch up the garden.. no problem - Engaging an engineer.. no problem - Last minute electrician... no problem Really great and thorough weekly reports, coupled with a Saturday/Sunday open home approach which served us well. Mike pitched us, but Scott and Josh brought it across the line, and (importantly) above our reserve, which exceeded our high expectations.

Josh is a very professional down to earth guy. He approached the sale with practical advice . Every step was openly advised to me. With Josh's advice the property was presented very well with the house sold untenanted and several areas repainted and overall the property looked smart. A 52 day average sale time was reduced to around 42 because of presentation. Definitely recommend staging a house and using Josh and Ledgers to sell your property.
