We honestly couldn’t recommend Jemima highly enough! She helped us through the entire process of buying our very first home and was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Being first-home buyers, the whole process was completely new to us. Jemima was incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what was happening and what our options were. No question ever felt like too much, and she was always so quick to respond whenever we needed her. Throughout the process we also had the pleasure of dealing with several of the other agents in Team Kartolo, and every single one of them was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and lovely to deal with. It was really impressive to see how well the whole team worked together, and it genuinely felt like everyone was willing to go the extra mile to help us get a great result.
