I was very impressed with Team Kartolo. I found that by having a whole team involved, there was always someone to answer questions, and give support. They all worked exceptionally hard to get the property sold. Their communication was outstanding and I was always kept in the loop. I was promptly informed of all information pertaining to open homes, feedback and any other relevant information. Any questions I had were also answered quickly and efficiently. They were also very flexible and accommodating to our particular circumstances; allowing us to deal with things from afar or bringing their whole office to us, as required. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they were also personable, empathetic and pleasant to deal with. This has been the best selling experience that I have been involved in with any agents over the past 25 years.
