Jemima was great from the start, after we first met her at a public house viewing. Great communication throughout, kept in touch offering many private viewings for different houses even with short notice, or working into our busy schedule. Shay helped me through the auction process and included my family in her dealings this for me was important as the move to Timaru has been a difficult decision with the recent passing of my spouse.
