He was helpful without being too pushy and ver upfront with us about anything we asked . We revisited Belfield Street and on deciding to make an offer it was a very quick and easy procedure to secure the sale unconditionally. We are very happy with the outcome and the whole experience was very good . Would recommend Jeremy to any future home seekers or sellers as well .

I cannot comment on his market knowledge although he was awre of the the trend of sales. He never gave up even though it took 6 months to sell. He was diplomatic enough to not really say that we had to lower our price expectation and wait for us to come to the same conclusion. I will use him again.
