Very professional but still friendly

We worked mainly with Jemima and she was fantastic to collaborate with. She was very professional yet friendly enough that you felt comfortable asking questions. She kept us on top of reminders and follow-ups, always checking in to see if we needed anything. She never forgot to remind us to reach out if we needed any help. Overall, we’re very satisfied with Jemima’s assistance. *On a side note, we met all the members of Team Kartolo on our journey to find our home and they were all fantastic!
