Team Jules and Dionne - Bayleys ... helped the reviewer buy this property

Great communication with realistic expectations of property values

We dealt mostly with Julie-Anne, but both were friendly and professional in their interactions. It was easy to discuss all aspects of the sale, and they were quick to respond to queries. Julie-Anne was instrumental in keeping negotiations open when ours and the vendors expectations differed by a broad margin, and showed good understanding of the market conditions. We would happily work with both Julie-Anne and Dionne again, and certainly recommend them to others.
