We chose Jev and Matt because we really liked their marketing strategies and presentation of other properties they had listed. They were knowledge, and knew how to attract the right buyers, and present the property well to sell. They communicated regularly and promptly. Unfortunately we sold in a bad market, therefore not for a price that we were hoping for - but it's likely that Jev and Matts efforts were what helped to sell our place at a time when others are not selling, or taking considerably longer.
