Our initial query was sent in the evening and the very next morning Jong called me... very fast and efficiently. From there we proceeded with viewing the Property (which we ended up purchasing) on the same day... all within 24 hours! Jong did it all, he referred us to a Mortgage broker, and also to a Property lawyer. Jong also met us at the auction and basically guided us through the entire process.
