Successfully selling in a very slow market

Selling a home in the current market is certainly not easy, with sales at some of the lowest levels we've seen. Fiona had previously marketed our home on two occasions, and although we had plenty of interest, numerous open homes, and many prospective buyers through the property, we were unfortunately unable to achieve a sale. This time, however, things were different. One buyer, after viewing many homes in Havelock North, fell in love with ours on their very first visit. Fiona presented us with an offer and then skilfully negotiated the sale, achieving a price we were very happy with.
