We worked with Team Heather and Annette to purchase our home, and although they operate as a partnership, we mainly dealt with Annette. Her enthusiasm, energy, and positivity really stood out. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and nothing ever felt like a bother, which made a big difference since we were buying from a distance. Annette always seemed genuinely happy for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently went above and beyond to help, including accommodating unusual hours when needed.
