Very well organised. Kept us informed every step of the way and reassured us when our stress level was getting high. Gretchen and Kiri had a good grasp of the property market in Pleasant Point. After first being in touch with us, realised that our "valuation" was out of kilter with similar houses within the area, and made arrangements with a QV to come and appraise our house.
