Girish demonstrated strong sales acumen. He was very pro active with every query we had and resolved it quickly with his great communication skills. He made the process very easier for us and has been very helpful and friendly in his approach. We strongly recommend if anyone is looking to buy a property do reach out to him as he will make the process so seamless while ensuring a good negotiation price .

I highly recommend Girish Verma to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. When we were looking for the right real estate agent, I searched for the top-selling agents in Papatoetoe and Girish’s name came up. I also happened to see one of his signs around our neighbourhood, so I gave him a call for an appraisal. From our very first meeting with Girish and Amit were professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We decided to list our home with him, and throughout the entire process he kept us well informed, answered all our questions, and worked hard to achieve the best result. We’re very pleased to say that our home has now been sold, and we’re extremely happy with both the outcome and the service we received. Thank you, Girish for making the selling process smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone selling their home.

Girish was an amazing agent to have dealt with. He listened and helped us to find the perfect place for us. I really appreciated his knowledge and support with everything. Such great customer service and a great family man. Really grateful for the support Girish gave us.

Market knowledge, great negotiating skills ,very professional. He doesn't push people people with bullshit craps .

Giresh did a great job for us. He made sure we presented the property in top condition and then worked hard to bring buyers through. He secured a sale at a good price that we are happy with. His communication was been excellent throughout the process. He is patient and hard working. I highly recommend Giresh as a top class agent. You won't be disappointed.

Giresh worked extremely hard to sell my property. Long narrow shared driveway and sloping section and due to this there was limited buyer interest. He made sure the house was presented well and worked very hard to secure a buyer in a tough market.
