Both Brooke & Richard shared an in-depth knowledge of housing market. This is how they based their advices/ suggestions during the sales process of our property. We did not wait that long to have our houae sold.

Brooke was so great to work with, she took the time to explain all our options to us and made a plan that would work for us. We loved the weekly feedback about the open homes and what was happening at each stage of the sale. She really makes you feel cared for. She worked hard to get our sale across the line in a difficult market and we are forever grateful.
