Seller's review

Honest and Professional.

Glynn and Callum are onto it in delivering excellent service and consistent feedback. On the initial appraisal they did not over promise and with the end result definitely over delivered. Callum, who i dealt with the most was obliging and accomodating. As we are currently overseas he went above and beyond with handling tradespeople, chattels and a minor electrical problem. All carried out efficiently. It’s very scary, when selling a valuable asset, to trust the process. I did. And it worked. The thing that most of the public don’t see, and is often undervalued, is the showing, closing and negotiating with buyers, that contribute hugely in achieving a great result for the seller. Callum and Glyn are very successful but remain humble and easy to deal with, no matter the value of your home. Customer service is their priority, and that is shown in their sales results and repeat business. Callum, - lunch is one me! Thanks to you both.
