Shane was the perfect agent to sell our house, he had a buyer lined up before we even went to market resulting in an unconditional offer at the deadline! I found him very easy to communicate with, he’s very clear, thorough and his tips and contacts to get the house ready for market made the process really easy. He’s also been really good in communication with the lawyers between the offer and settling, as in the good service didn’t stop the day the offers came in. I’d highly recommend Shane and wouldn’t hesitate to use him if we were selling or buying again!
