Excellent communicator.

My mum had seen 2/33 Butterworth Drive advertised on One Roof, so I sent Micaela an email asking if she could meet me there. Micaela was very prompt and phoned me straight away saying she could be there within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with her service. Micaela was also very good at staying in touch with both my son and I through the entire process. I would highly recommend her when looking at buying a property.
