Relaxed , professional style exactly what I was looking for .

I originally met Ben Gibson at an Open Home in my neighbourhood. He impressed me with his friendly open approach . I loved that he lived in the area and knew it well with his children attending local schools known to me and my family . It was truley like dealing with an old friend from the first visit to my Mums property . He was up front , positive and listened to the story about the home and the family and the circumstance . On auction day he did his very best to get us exactly what we were expecting which is hard to do when there are 6 siblings taking an interest .
