From the very start, Ben took the lead on selling my home. From the initial meeting, to the presale activities, marketing and open homes, nothing was a problem for Ben and Michelle who kept us well up to date on WhatsApp with videos, calls and messaging. Three real highlights 1/the very creative video of Ben coming down the road on his skateboard welcoming buyers into my home, which was so fun and very eye catching 2/the knowledge and passion for the local market and getting the best outcomes through the sale process and 3/the level of communication. 11 days later and my house was sold.
