Ben is very patient and accommodating. He was able to facilitate days and times for viewing the beautiful beach front property that suited our lifestyle and needs. Was great to view the ocean from the deck at 7.30 in the morning. Ben’s local knowledge built trust. He allowed us to meet face to face with our offer, never assumed anything was non negotiable and was respectful when we were maxed to our limit and the vendor the same. Consequently we finally purchased with our timing and are very pleased. The relaxed attitude Ben takes helped us reach our decision with no pressure or gimmicks. Even now the sale has been made he is accommodating our couple of revisits. Highly recommend Ben whether you are selling or buying….. very respectful to both the buyer and vendor. Just love our new property and can’t wait to lie in bed and look at the ocean. And thanks to Ben, my husband is keen to paddle board.
